Who is responsible

This is an independent consultant's site. There is no team, no department, and no data is ever sold or handed to third-party advertising.

What I collect

When you fill in the form: your name, your email, your message if you write one, and which language the site was in. That is what gets stored.

When you browse: aggregate usage data through Google Analytics, loaded via Google Tag Manager — pages viewed, where the visit came from, device type.

I do not ask for your phone number, national ID, address, payment details or any sensitive information. Your IP address is not stored in my database.

Why I collect it

The form exists so I can reply to you. If you write, I keep your contact to pick the conversation back up — processing needed for the steps leading to a contract, under art. 7, V of Brazil's LGPD.

Browsing data helps me understand what works on the site, and only exists if you accept — no measurement loads before that. The legal basis is your consent (art. 7, I of the LGPD; art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you decline, the site works the same and nothing is measured. The data is aggregated and does not identify you.

Where the data goes

A submitted form passes through these services:

Cloudflare and Google operate outside Brazil, so an international transfer takes place. I use these services under the standard terms they offer. The content of the form itself stays between my server and my mailbox.

If you click the WhatsApp button, the conversation happens inside WhatsApp and Meta's policy applies from that point, not this one.

How long I keep it

Form contacts are kept for 24 months from the last time we spoke, then deleted. If we end up working together, records of the commercial relationship follow the retention periods Brazilian tax and accounting law requires.

You can ask for deletion sooner at any time.

Your rights

You may request: confirmation that I hold data about you, access to it, correction, deletion, portability, and information about who I shared it with.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. I reply within 15 days, free of charge, and I will not ask you to justify the request.

Cookies

lang — remembers whether you prefer the site in Portuguese or English.

Lasts one year. Without it, the site forgets your choice on every visit.

Google Analytics cookies — measure site usage, and only exist after you accept. Your choice is stored in your browser; to change it, clear this site's data and the notice appears again. You can also block them through your browser settings or Google's official Analytics opt-out add-on without losing anything on the page.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and the database sits on a server with restricted access. I do what is within my reach, and promising absolute security would be dishonest — nobody can. If an incident happens that could affect you, I will tell you.

If you are outside Brazil

This policy follows Brazil's LGPD. If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR rights matching those listed above apply as well, and the same email address handles them.

Changes

If I change this policy, I update the date at the top. For changes affecting how I handle data already collected, I notify the people who wrote to me.
