Selected work
I do the planning, the buying and the reporting myself. Four campaigns, each with the number and how it got there, then the large accounts I came up through.
2023 · sign-up campaign · twice the clicks on the same budget · CTR 5x the projection
2024 · mobile gaming lives · budget reallocated in real time · cost per view down 22% over the campaign
2023 · music streaming · budget moved weekly to the countries and playlists where clicks cost less
2020 · e-commerce and delivery on Meta · 3.3% of paid clicks became sales

Where I've been
Void General Store · Santé 13 · Eleve · Bem Bolado
Hired directly, no agency in between: the media buying and the results reading come from the same desk.
Samba Digital · Atabaque
Campaigns running in up to six countries and three platforms, in English and Portuguese.
VICE Brasil · KondZilla · Corinthians
I read newsroom audience at VICE and streaming charts at KondZilla, Brazil's largest funk music channel, in-house at both; at Corinthians, one of the country's biggest football clubs, I bought the sponsorship media.
Spotify · Liga NFA · BMS
I built the reporting and the dashboards the advertisers read, and bought the media for esports tournaments.
Banco do Brasil · Petrobras · CAIXA · Ministério da Saúde
End-to-end campaign governance for Brazil's federal bank, state oil company and health ministry, from brief to post-campaign reporting. Always as a supplier to the agency or the in-house media unit, never hired directly by the advertiser.
Hired directly in local retail and small business; agency, in-house media unit or internal team on the large accounts.
About
Where my read of the whole process came from.
Enrico Pieratti
“I learned from accounts that don’t forgive mistakes.”
I’ve been in advertising for 15 years, twelve of them in digital media, data and governance. I started in design, went through account service and projects, moved into media and from there into BI, with teams from all over Brazil and abroad.
That path is what lets me see the process from end to end. People who only buy media learn to defend whatever number the platform reports; people who only do BI learn to distrust that number without knowing what to do about it. Having worked both sides, I build the campaign already knowing how it will be measured.
Services
Four fronts of a single process: from the audit to the media plan, from operations and technology to governance, through to reading the results.
Paid media
I structure the campaign, test what works, and adjust while the budget is running, across Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Kwai Ads.
Real case: an always-on sponsor campaign at Corinthians, one of Brazil's biggest football clubs, with CTR four times the Meta average.
SEO
I get your site showing up on Google and in AI answers when customers search for what you sell. Technical audits, content, and links.
Recent audit: 607 pages crawled across 11 fronts, 20 findings and 18 prioritized fixes, projecting +40% in organic traffic.
BI consulting & reporting
Every platform reports a different number. I bring them all into one dashboard and write the report that backs the decision to spend more or stop.
Real case: an audience dashboard and a weekly read with the newsroom at VICE; site traffic grew 23% in six months.
Media process governance
You already have the campaign volume and you’re still tracking it by hand, one spreadsheet at a time. I organize the flow, automate what can be automated and keep the quality check with me.
Real case: brand safety at the in-house media unit for Banco do Brasil, Brazil's federal bank, with alerts and fixes when a campaign drifted from the guidelines.
One-off diagnostic
no ongoing contractThe operation is already running and you want a second read on it. I do audits and technical second opinions on what's already live.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. I spent six years in São Paulo, inside VICE Brasil and KondZilla and on the Corinthians account, and I run campaigns in English with teams in other countries.
Alone. In consulting I plan, set up, and read the results — no step of the process is handed off to a junior analyst.
Whichever ones your team already uses. The full list is in the section above; if you have a stack in place I work inside it rather than asking you to switch, and if you don't, we build one together.
With a conversation on WhatsApp: it’s usually enough to show whether the case calls for a one-off diagnostic — an audit or a technical second opinion — or ongoing consulting. You come out of it knowing which, even if you don’t carry on with me.
